• Rogue River Rafting

  5 "Our family has been on several multi-day rafting trips and we were looking for a new adventure. Momentum River Expedition's trip on the Rogue River was recommended by a friend. My husband and I and our sons (in their 20's) enjoyed this opportunity to "choose our own adventure" by paddling individual inflatable kayaks. It was so much fun to learn more about the river and the way the water would move us and then try our hands at paddling our own little boat down the rapids. Each of us came out of our kayak a couple of times in rapids but we were well trained by our guides to self-rescue so we weren't worried about it. Each of the 3 days after an exciting day of paddling we were greeted at camp by one of the guides who had set up our tents, prepped some snacks and had our beverages on ice so all was ready for us to relax around camp. Delicious dinners and breakfasts were served in camp and our lunch picnics on the river were amazing. The guides are very competent on the river and also love telling stories about the history of the area and the surrounding geology." - Lin 1 2 3 4 5

  5 "We are a family with 5 sons, ages 23-9, and we went on the 3 day lodge to lodge trip. The older boys, all very athletic, have never been so happy with a family trip-kayaking, rafting, swimming, and eating! The younger boys were challenged but safe using the kayaks and rafts. They got to see bears, eagles, turtles, etc. Mom and dad now feel 20 years younger. The guides, Erik, Robin, and Simon, were professional, experienced, and fun. We felt very safe in such capable hands. Excellent trip! Only two drawbacks...you might gain weight with all the good food, and you can't stay forever. " 1 2 3 4 5
